This is so sad, I quit paying for and have not been on this site for quite some time because it pretty much turned into a gay site, I logged on today, it is even worse than it was a year and a half ago, I am soooooo disipointed because I had some great conversations with some really nice women and couples. :(

I'm new to this site, but I think the problem is when you put the idea of being naked together period. Being gay or bi doesn't mean you are just wanting sex and that's your whole purpose in life. I'm bi and my husband is straight. We aren't looking for a hook-up or anything like that. But I've seen from the single women, men, and couples on here that they are interested in more than friendship. For some, that's all they are looking for. Others are more open to the possibility but that's not what's important. Does the fact that I'm bi make me any more or less worthy of your friendship? should that be a factor?

As a new member of this site I have no idea what this sister site NS is. And is it any more active than this site is? I've been trying to get up to speed, reading old blogs and forums and have seen NS referred to before. But for the life of me, I can't seen to find anything by Googling.

It seems that because most Gays and Bi's are more confident and used to the many 'No Thanks' that they receive that they seem to regard Naturist/Nudist Sites as their happy hunting grounds. Where else can you 'size up' all those males. The same applies to a site we know in the UK. This is ITB, Subs are just £7.00 a year ($10.00 USA dollars) or Free for many of the features offered including a Cruise through the pics of both M & F.
One feature is, it displays details of members who have joined in the last two weeks. the normal split is 60% Gays and Bi's joining to 40% who declare themselves as Straight. Another site run as a Naturist Group within the Yahoo system has a high quota of CD's and TV's. as well as sex seekers. As for the sister site to NF, (NS), this was supposed to be cleaned up last autumn. Still offers discussions on INSEST if that is your thing.
In both cases we are unable to see how those 'Non-Standards' fit into the Naturist scene. Maybe it is just that these folks are more inclined to get their kit off than the run of the mill 'Standards'.
Then you have to remember, all those divorced/separated/seeking a bit extra males that are on the sites. Ask any lady what sort of approaches she has received.
But then, I found my lady on NF back in July 2006, which just shows it can happen.
